It takes up to 10 days to complete an order. Next-Day and 2nd day air orders are given top priority.
For priority shipments:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm ET will begin processing that day (excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 12pm ET will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 12pm ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays)
Lema J will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.
You will be contacted by e-mail with a Fedex tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
Please note: a customer signature is required for Basic and Priority deliveries over $500.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within two weeks for a full refund.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
- All merchandise must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) of the original purchase date
- The merchandise must be in salable condition with tickets attached
- The merchandise must not be altered
Returning your item
Returns should be accompanied by an original proof of purchase. This could include your packing slip, or a copy of your order confirmation email. Please include a note with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise. You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.
